Is a one of a kind toddler’s sports program involving multi sporting activities (Football,
Cricket, Basketball & Athletics) that focus mainly on agility and skill development drills,
breathing and visualization exercise with nutritional advice and K- Yoga.
The concept of Hand – Eye coordination that improves reflexes and agility is also introduced
through this program. The above activities help the child in building self-confidence and
develop a sense of team spirit.
Kidothon Session: Each session is for One Hour duration. Session starts off with a warm up
exercise session, skill session, game session and we end with the K- Yoga(Breathing,
Visualization and Imagining exercise)
Focus on structured program in a fun and enjoyable environment.
Eye and hand coordination, kicking/ striking the ball, catching the ball, controlling the ball, passing the ball, running, agility, jumping, hopping, colour identification, balancing.
In this process they build self-confidence, listening attentively, concentration, team work, patience and determination.
